Marrakshi Life has a 14 day return policy. Returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receiving the garment(s). Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process your refund . Refunds can take up to 7 days after delivery for our Marrakech Atelier to process.
All merchandise must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
To return an item for exchange, credit, or refund, please follow the steps below.
1. Make sure you contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry of returning/exchanging the item. We will confirm receipt of your email and provide the below instructions on where to ship your return.
2. Place the item/s in the original shipping container.
3. Call/Drop off your local delivery service to organize the pick-up or drop off the return is at the expense of the customer
**Declare low value on all returns and supply us the tracking information.**

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place the exchange order with us. If the exchange order is lesser value than the original item purchased, we will refund your money in accordance with our usual returns policy.
You can also choose to receive your refund as a MARRAKSHI LIFE credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly via our website.

Any merchandise discounted at 10% or higher is final sale. No exchange, cancellations or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. No price adjustments on past purchases.

We do allow adjustments in tailoring + measurements on all garments. Please make note in "notes" section of height, measurements, etc when ordering.
After dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link for your parcel to receive up to date information about your shipment via FedEx or DHL.

TAXES + DUTIES
The prices are are inclusive of VAT, and are not paid by the customer.

We are "handicraft" and therefore have trade agreements with various countries.
If you suspect your parcel is being upheld / lost, please contact us so that we can make a formal complaint to respective delivery company. Please note that a parcel must be more than 14 working days late before we are able to file a formal complaint. If a parcel has been lost most delivery companies own the right to allow 3 months from complaint date before a refund is being made.
The costs for returning the package to us for returns/exchanges is on the customers own expense. The handling fee for all returns is $30 per garment and the amount will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Orders placed online can be cancel, within 24 hours of order date and time. All cancellation requests must be sent by email within the 24 hour period.
