RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags in tact. Your item must be in the original packaging.
A $30 restocking fee per item per order will be deducted from your refund.

- Our team will confirm your request via email.
- Place the item(s) in the original packaging. Please declare a low value on all returns/exchanges to avoid any customs duties and ship to the below address. The client is responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the garments and process your refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. If there are any issues with the returned garments, you will be notified.
EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT
- Contact CUSTOMERCARE@MARRAKSHILIFE.COM to inquire about store credit or exchanging the item. Include the order number from the email confirmation letter you received after placing your order.
- Our customer service will confirm your request via email and inform you on how to return the garment and receive the exchange item or store credit.
FINAL SALE
Any item purchased with a 10% or greater discount is non-returnable and will only be eligible for store credit.
Any items purchased with store credit is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once your order has been shipped, our team will notify you via email with the DHL Express tracking number.
LOST PARCEL

CANCELLATIONS
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours of the order date by providing written notice to CUSTOMERCARE@MARRAKSHILIFE.COM. In-store sales are non-cancellable.
Any slight variations are intentional and add to the handcrafted quality of the unique piece
