RETURN POLICY

Complimentary Global Shipping in all orders via DhL Express 


You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received it. 

 

All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags in tact. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Email CUSTOMERCARE@MARRAKSHILIFE.COM with the order number. Our team will confirm your request via email. Place the item(s) in the original packaging.

Please declare a low value on all returns/exchanges to avoid any duties.

 

A $30 restocking fee per per order will be deducted from your refund. 

 

The client is responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the garments and process your refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. If there are any issues with the returned garments, you will be notified.

All garments are covered by a wear and tear policy for up to 30 days from receipt of the order. Please email us at CUSTOMERCARE@MARRAKSHILIFE.COM with photos of any issues within 30 days of receiving the goods for further assistance.



CANCELLATIONS

Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours of the order date by providing written notice to CUSTOMERCARE@MARRAKSHILIFE.COM. In-store sales are non-cancellable.
